MakeSwap provides a software interface and API aggregation layer that helps users discover swap routes, view quotes, create deposit channels, and monitor swap status across supported decentralized protocols.

We do not operate a centralized exchange and we do not execute swaps as principal. Users interact with third-party protocols and blockchain networks through their own wallets.

You remain solely responsible for your wallets, seed phrases, private keys, and signing activity. MakeSwap does not take custody of digital assets.

MakeSwap does not become a buyer, seller, principal, or counterparty to your swaps. Transactions are executed by third-party protocols and underlying blockchain networks.

By using MakeSwap, you represent and warrant that you:

• are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding terms;
• are not located in, resident of, or ordinarily resident in a jurisdiction where use of the Services is prohibited by applicable law;
• are not a sanctioned person, not acting on behalf of a sanctioned person, and not listed on any applicable sanctions or restricted-party list;
• will comply with all laws, rules, and regulations applicable to your use of the Services.

You may not use MakeSwap to:

• facilitate unlawful activity, including fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, or sanctions evasion;
• interfere with, disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the Services or infrastructure;
• introduce malware, automated attack traffic, or malicious code;
• misrepresent your identity, legal authority, or source of funds;
• infringe the rights of MakeSwap, protocol partners, or third parties.

The Services rely on third-party APIs, decentralized swap protocols, and blockchain networks. These external systems may change, degrade, pause, or fail without notice.

MakeSwap may add, remove, or restrict integrations at any time for operational, legal, compliance, or security reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, route availability, or protocol continuity.

• mempool delays, congestion, chain reorgs, and finality risk;
• loss from user error, including wrong address or wrong network submissions.

You assume all risks associated with your use of the Services.

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, to the maximum extent permitted by law. MakeSwap disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MakeSwap and CHASH HOSTING FZE will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, opportunity, digital assets, or business interruption arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, liability is limited to the minimum amount required under applicable law.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CHASH HOSTING FZE, its affiliates, officers, employees, and contractors from and against claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from or related to your misuse of the Services, your violation of these terms, or your violation of applicable law or third-party rights.

We may suspend, limit, or terminate access to all or part of the Services at any time, including where we reasonably believe this is required for legal compliance, sanctions compliance, fraud prevention, security response, technical integrity, or risk management.

These Terms of Policy and any non-contractual obligations connected to them are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in Ajman.

Any dispute arising from or connected with these Terms of Policy is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ajman, United Arab Emirates.

We may amend these terms from time to time by publishing an updated version with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Services after publication constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
