Completed blockchain transactions are final. MakeSwap does not provide returns, reversals, or discretionary refunds for successfully executed on-chain swaps.

When a transaction is signed and broadcast to a blockchain network, it is generally irreversible. You are responsible for reviewing destination addresses, assets, chains, and amounts before confirmation.

Where supported by the underlying protocol, failed or expired routes may trigger protocol-level handling such as returning funds to a designated refund address after timeout conditions are met.

Protocol-level handling is managed by the relevant third-party system and not guaranteed by MakeSwap. Processing times and outcomes depend on protocol rules and network conditions.

MakeSwap support is limited to diagnostics, guidance, and escalation assistance where feasible. We cannot compel validators, miners, or third-party protocol operators to reverse, cancel, or recover blockchain transactions.

Because MakeSwap is a non-custodial software interface and API aggregator, we do not offer chargeback-style reversals or guaranteed compensation for user errors, protocol faults, or market movements.

Before submitting any transaction, you should verify the following:

• the correct destination address and refund address;
• the correct source and destination chain/network;
• the correct asset and token contract details;
• quote validity, fee impact, and slippage settings.
